Proposals and Plans are free to down load for any Qualified Registered Contractor with the North Dakota Department of Transportation. Most forms will require Acrobat Reader for viewing. For additional information please contact our office.
Contractors will need to contact Burleigh County Highway Department to obtain a login I.D. and password. Once obtained, this one time registration will enable contractors access all necessary bid information.
