ADOPTION
Special needs adoption provides a permanent family to an older child, sibling group, a child of a race/ethnicity that is difficult to place or a child with an emotional or physical disability.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Concern for children and families
- At least 21 years of age
- Single or married
- Own home or rent
- Work or stay at home parents
- Financially stable
